I could not resist going through these photos immediately after the shoot. Storms almost ruined the night, but after some prayer and westerly winds, gorgeous sweet light made the evening PERFECT. 

(Well. Perfect besides the great migration of mosquitos we seemed to find ourselves a part of.)

THESE PEOPLE ROCK. I photographed the Rumlers this past week down in Chicago. They are all so photogenic, it is not at all fair. Im thinking I'll need to use them for models in the future. #twerkteam 

Tammy and Kevin's wedding was beautiful and simple. Their love for each other was all that mattered, and you could see that throughout the entire day. I could not get enough of the kids playing with the balloons and the family dancing! There was just so much joy all around, I wish every wedding had the energy and excitement that Tammy and Kevin's did. 

And of course... My hunk of a date ;)

This is Shep, Jonathan and I's first born hermit.  He still won't eat... high hopes for something to tickle his fancy. 

 Photographed Four Friends Farm with Nance yesterday. These people were a blast. Wherever I go with this woman it is a fantastic time filled with things like climbing on picnic tables, laying down in dirty farm fields, scowering our legs for tics and eating our subjects (fresh spinach and kale :)

This is one of the reasons I love what I do. Ellen and I photographed our second Greek Orthodox baptism, it is one of the coolest things to be exposed to (and asked to document) moments like this. Im not Greek, but to hear and see the culture and language is so amazing.
